These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Formzet ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Formzet
Formzet is an AI-powered form builder that lets you create, publish, and manage online forms. It includes AI-assisted form generation, response collection, and submission analytics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You may sign in using:
- Email magic links — a one-time login link sent to your email address
- Google OAuth — via your existing Google account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Formzet offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment processor's terms.

Usage limits reset each billing cycle. Exceeding a limit disables the affected feature until the next cycle or an upgrade.
4.2 Adaptive Currency Pricing
If you subscribe from India, pricing is displayed and charged in INR. Your subscription amount in INR may vary slightly at each renewal based on the exchange rate at the time of billing. The USD equivalent remains fixed.
4.3 Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
4.4 Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect according to our payment processor's proration rules. Charges or credits may apply.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it downgrades to Free.
4.6 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not offer partial-period refunds.
5. AI Features
Formzet uses third-party AI services to generate and assist with form creation. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-generated content before publishing
- Your prompts and form data may be sent to our AI provider to generate results
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all forms, fields, and response data you create ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Formzet a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality and accuracy of the forms you publish
- Compliance with privacy laws applicable to data you collect from your respondents
- Obtaining any required consents from respondents
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities
- Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., payment details, government IDs) through forms without proper legal basis
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or authentication
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse any part of the Service
- Impersonate any person or organization
8. Data & Privacy
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for data protection compliance with respect to any personal data you collect from your users through forms.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Formzet software, branding, and design belong to Formzet or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payment processing, AI capabilities, email delivery, error monitoring, and hosting. Their respective terms and policies apply when you use associated features.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formzet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formzet and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
